Overview

Ignite provides dollars ($500–$5,000) to projects of community organizations, coalitions of organizations, individuals and non-profit groups with the following traits:

Initial concept stage – Ignite doesn’t want stale ideas that have already been done. We want to spark the early growth of projects at the critical stage of moving from napkin to reality.
Impact on Emerging Leaders – This isn’t your parents’ non-profit. Ideas should be developed by and for the region’s future leaders (18-40 crowd).
Unsupported – If you have all kinds of money from somebody else, why do you need our money?

Ignite will provide granted dollars to ideas that are geared towards one of the following four core concepts:

• Community Building

• Education

• Diversity

• Environment
